Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
We use USPS and UPS for all orders. Ground shipping for all U.S. orders may take up to 4 - 7 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
International shipping is offered through USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid for by you.
Accoutrements LA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout, you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.
We offer tracking information to help you locate your package prior and upon arrival, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns & Exchanges
Accoutrements LA gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Please note most of our items are one of a kind, so we cannot guarantee your desired item for exchange will be available.
Sales on Accoutrements LA are able to be returned within 7 days from delivery of package. After that period, merchandise can be returned for store credit up to 20 days from delivery of package. Beyond the 20 days, all sales are final.
Return shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet the following:
All items in its original condition, with tags attached, can be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and undamaged.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All California orders with a California billing address will be charged sales tax.
