All California orders with a California billing address will be charged sales tax.
All orders will be shipped during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) For shipping, we offer the following:

International shipping is offered through USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL.
Orders usually ship out within 2 to 3 business days. Accoutrements LA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout, you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT:
Accoutrements LA gladly accepts returns and exchanges. Please note most of our items are one of a kind, so we cannot guarantee your desired item for exchange will be available.
Sales on Accoutrements LA are able to be returned within 7 days from delivery of package. After that period, merchandise can be returned for store credit up to 20 days from delivery of package. Beyond the 20 days, all sales are final.
Return shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet the following:
All items in its original condition, with tags attached, can be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and undamaged.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
